Services Available
Health Care: A full time registered nurse monitors and supervises each participant's health in collaboration with his or her physician. Certified Nursing Assistants provide personal care under the direction of the R.N. | |
Recreational Therapy: Our center provides planned individual and group activities that are suited to the needs, interests, and abilities of the participants as determined in their care plans. Included are social, leisure, physical, and educational events which are designed to improve each participants self-esteem, awareness, and leveling of functioning. | |
Rehabilitative Services: Podiatry, Pharmacy, Lab work, Mental Health Therapy | |
Nutrition: A full course dinner as well as light morning and afternoon snacks are served. Special diets are supervised by our consultant dietitian. | |
Social Services: Our center accesses a full range of community services, client and family counseling, support groups, and specialized Alzheimer's program. | |
Transportation: Our Adult Day HealthCenter arranges transit when needed for area residents through several means. Vans are accessible for wheelchairs and walkers alike; therefore there is no mobility limitation. | |
Ancillary Services: Beautician, barber, and visual/dental exams are available on site. We also offer Alzheimer's support group for families and caregivers. | |
Communities Served: Northern Worcester County, Southern New Hampshire. | |
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Closed holidays | |
Method of Payment: Our program is Medicaid certified therefore, costs are covered for those that are eligible. Coverage can also be from some insurers with prior approval, or private payment. We also offer a Free Visit Day for anyone interested. |
