Fairlawn Nursing Home

   Fairlawn Nursing Home is a 133 bed long-term care unit offering clinical nursing service and rehabilitation services including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. 

    Opened in 1959 by the Willruth family of Leominster, Fairlawn Nursing Homes has always placed the role of family as a major part in the care delivered to Fairlawn residents.  Completed in November of 1998 Fairlawn Nursing Home embarked on a major renovation and construction project to meet the growing needs of short-term and long-term care.  Fairlawn Nursing Home added12 skilled beds to the facility, as well as building a central kitchen.  In addition, a 1000 square foot rehabilitation gym was constructed along with an elevator for better access.  The $2.5 million project is part of a five year strategic plan which addresses codes, regulations and interior decoration plans.  The addition and renovation has improved our ability to provide the finest in long term care to the local community.
