Patient Information

Please call with medication refills at least two business days in advance. Emergencies will be seen as soon as possible.

We will be involved in teaching resident physicians and medical students. Please inform the nurse if you prefer to be seen alone.

Holidays and weekends will be covered by ourselves or covering physicians. However, we will maintain coverage for our obstetrical patients unless other arrangements have been made.

Thomas J. Scornavacca Jr., D.O.: Dr.Scornavacca is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Biology. He attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of N.J., the School of Osteopathic Medicine, and trained in Family Medicine at the University of Massachusetts. His special interests include Sports Medicine and Pediatrics. Dr. Scornavacca was born and raised outside of Philadelphia, PA.

John L. Worden IV, M.D.: Dr. Worden is a graduate of UMass Medical School with family practice residency training at UMass-Fitchburg Family Practice. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Harvard University. Dr Worden spent four years on active duty as a US Naval Officer. His special interests include Natural Family Planning, Obstetrics, and Sports Medicine. Dr. Worden was born and raised in Arlington, MA.
